When it comes to your fitness journey, these are the things you need to implement in your daily life in order to get to your goal:
-drink more water
-increase daily steps
-eat more veggies
-increase protein intake
-add an exercise routine
-get 7-8hrs of sleep daily
-stay consistent week after week
Don’t try to change your life overnight, pick a step or two that you’re comfortable with implementing now and start there.
