Hi, I’m Natasha (also go by Natalya). I'm a certified health coach and nutritionist with a background in psychology and a passion for helping women improve their health and reclaim their energy and confidence.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, diploma in nutrition, and additional certifications in exercise, behaviour change, weight management, and several others, I bring both science and heart into every coaching session.
For years, I worked as a fitness and wellness coach, creating exercise and nutrition plans and supporting my clients on their wellness journeys. But I always felt that something was lacking. So I kept studying, and I kept searching.
Through my education and research, I have developed a very clear understanding that exercise and nutrition are merely tools, but they are far from the whole picture. If reaching results were as simple as following an exercise and meal plan, why do so many people struggle with that? Why do so many people fall off track? Besides, research shows that over 90% of people gain the weight back after going on a diet.
There's also something important to consider - your mindset, your nervous system, your emotional health...
Putting all of my knowledge together, I created the NeuroWellness Method - a practical, psychology-based system that helps you build habits that stick and design a life you actually enjoy.
My coaching approach is holistic and highly personalised. I focus on how your mind, body, and habits interact - so we can create sustainable changes that don’t just look good on paper but feel good in real life.
In the NeuroWellness Method, we work on your cognition, your habits, and regulating your nervous system. We learn to catch and challenge harmful thoughts and patterns, create healthy, sustainable habits that fit into your lifestyle, and calm your over-reactive nervous system.
I believe in progress, not perfection. I believe wellness isn’t about extremes - it’s about creating small, powerful shifts that align with who you are and where you want to go.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me buried in a historical novel, creating my own worlds through writing, or exploring quiet countryside towns.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start thriving, you’re in the right place.
