Hi, I’m Natasha—a certified health and wellness coach with a background in psychology and a passion for helping women reclaim their energy, clarity, and confidence.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and certifications in personal training, fitness nutrition, behaviour change, weight management, and corrective exercise, I bring both science and heart into every coaching session. I created the NeuroWellness Method—a practical, psychology-based system that helps busy women build habits that stick and design lives they actually enjoy.
My coaching approach is holistic and highly personalised. I focus on how your mind, body, and habits interact—so we can create sustainable changes that don’t just look good on paper but feel good in real life.
