I'm passionate about all things health and wellness. After a comprehensive education in psychology, exercise science, and nutrition, I learned that our well-being is a complex topic that needs to be addressed from different angles.
I'm a holistic coach, and my approach encompasses stress management, sleep hygiene, physical activity, food as medicine and fuel, and lots of tools such as cognitive re-framing and meditation.
I am also a proponent of positive psychology and personal empowerment - learning to be your own cheerleader as a way to propel yourself forward, even during the most difficult times.
Aside from my passion for wellness, I'm an avid reader, cat lover, history nerd, and an amateur writer. My favourite sport to play is tennis, and my favourite foods are lamb, asparagus, and courgette.
